Mini Picasso’s Art and Craft Holiday Workshop is an Occupational Therapy group that aims to provide your child with a space to ignite and explore their creative self using a variety of different art mediums. This workshop will strengthen your child’s creative fine motor skills and help them advocate for themselves. Their creative ideas will flourish and their confidence will improve when participating in and creating these wonderful masterpieces.
Therapy Meets Art
Art is a form of self expression, it allows individuals to create and discover parts of themselves they did not know existed.
There is no right or wrong in art, everything is beautiful in it’s own way. Picasso is a great example of this, where his abstract art showcases the beauty in imperfection.
At HDST, we will be highlighting the strengths of our clients and embracing their creative differences through a variety of art and craft activities in our program.
