Staff need to be familiar with the following policies and procedures and adhere to these policies in all dealings with participants accessing our services. Preparing for working with clients at HDST

All staff at HDST are required to complete a range of worker checks:

  • Working with Children Check
  • NDIS worker screening check

You would have been made aware of these and other requirements during your initial induction

As a team our focus and goal is to provide a service for our participants that values individual freedom, cultural and linguistic diversity, is respectful of different beliefs and values and is free from any discrimination, abuse and neglect
